Till Lindemann meet & greet competition with raffle

These terms and conditions apply to participation in the competition organized by Till Lindemann (“artist”). The competition is only open via the official website, www.till-lindemann.com (“website”). The organizer of the competition is Till Lindemann, c/o Rammstein GbR, Hertzstr. 63b, 13158 Berlin (“we”).

1) Description of the competition and the prize / Conditions of participation

a. We will be giving away meet & greets with the artist on his Meine Welt tour, selected at random from among the participants.

b. For each concert, we are giving away 10 meet & greets with the artist (as described in section 2b) to participants and up to one accompanying person. The winner and the accompanying person must each have a ticket to attend the concert with the scheduled meet & greet (“venue”).

c. To enter the competition, simply fill out the contact form available on the website and send it to us, providing us with the event location and the following information: email address. We can only consider submissions that are received by us no later than six days before the respective concert date (“submission deadline”). Emails received after the submission deadline will be excluded from participation.

d. Multiple submissions are not permitted.

e. Any natural person of legal age holding a ticket to a Meine Welt show may participate.

2) Prize, determination of the winner(s) and contacting the winner(s)

a. The prize is a meet & greet with the artist at the venue. The winner will be chosen by random draw.

b. The prize entitles the winner to a brief meeting with the artist in the backstage area of the venue before the concert (“meet & greet”). Photographs with, and autographs from, the artist are subject to the artist's express consent.

c. Expressly excluded are the concert ticket, travel to and from the concert venue, and accommodation at the concert venue. If you are unable to use the prize, your claim will expire.

d. The winners are not entitled to any changes or extensions to the prize. Nor are they entitled to a payout of the prize. The prize cannot be transferred to third parties. If the concert is cancelled for any reason, the prize will also be forfeited.

e. We will contact the winner(s) we have drawn via the email address provided shortly after the closing date for entries. The winner must declare their acceptance of the prize to us within one day and provide us with the ticket numbers and first and last names of themselves and the accompanying person. The prize shall only be deemed to have been effectively accepted if the winner declares their acceptance of the prize within the above period.

f. If the winner does not respond within the above period and accept the prize, or if the winner does not submit the necessary information within the above period, we will contact the next winner(s) determined by us in accordance with section 2a. Your prize will expire after the above deadlines. The above also applies in the event that the second and any subsequent alternative winners determined by us do not accept the prize or do not submit the necessary information in time.

3) Further provisions concerning the competition / Guarantees by the participant

a. Participation in the competition is free of charge for the participant(s).

b. In the event of winning and the execution of the prize, the winner may be filmed and photographed. The winner hereby agrees to being depicted in connection with the presentation of the competition,

execution of the meet & greet, as well as for other film uses in connection with the artist. This includes the mention of the winner's name in this context.

c. The liability of the artist is excluded to the extent permitted by law. In particular, the above parties are not liable for system failures or data loss. We are only liable for damages in connection with the implementation of the competition if the damage is due to intent or gross negligence. We are only liable for culpable injury to life, limb, or health of a natural person in cases of simple negligence.

d. Attendance at the concert is subject to the separate terms and conditions of the respective organizer and venue, which the winner must familiarize themselves with. The same applies to the premises where the meet & greet takes place. Participants in the meet & greet must follow the instructions of the artist's representatives.

e. We reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition, for example in the event of violations of the terms and conditions of participation.

4) Data privacy information

a. We are responsible for processing the personal data provided by the participant. The data protection officer can be contacted at [management@lindemann-office.de].

b. As the organizer of the competition, we will process personal data and store it within the statutory retention periods, insofar as this is necessary to establish the legal relationship with the participant and for the subsequent implementation and processing of the competition (Art.6 Abs. 1 lit. b DS-GVO). This applies in particular to the data listed in section 1c. In addition, audio/video/audio-visual recordings made of the winner in connection with the execution of the prize will also be processed.

c. The participant has the right to request information about the personal data we have stored about them free of charge (Art. 15 DS-GVO). The participant also has the right to request the correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of their personal data (Articles 16-18 DS-GVO) and the right to receive the relevant data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (right to data portability, Art. 20 DS-GVO). The participant may object at any time, within the framework of the statutory provisions, to data processing that is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests or those of a third party (Art. 21 DS-GVO). The participant may address such requests to the above address or to the data protection officer.

5) Miscellaneous

a. Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the awarding of the prize.

b. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without explanation. In such cases, participants shall have no claims. If individual provisions of these conditions of participation are invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. We reserve the right to change the conditions of participation or to extend or limit the time frame of the promotion if there are objective reasons for doing so and the change is reasonable. We will announce any new conditions here.

c. These terms and conditions of participation are governed exclusively by German law; the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, insofar as this provision is legally permissible.

d. Information pursuant to §36 of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act: We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
